Pursuant to Shasta County Code Section 17.88.230 all Vacation Rentals within the Castella Fire Protection District are required to obtain an annual fire inspection from the C.F.P.D. The Fee for inspection shall be $150.00 payable by check or money order to the Castella Fire Protection District at the time of inspection, this fee shall cover a 1 time re-inspection if necessary.

Information needed for Fire Chief to complete C.F.P.D. Short Term Rental Inspection Form
Payment made out to Castella Fire Protection District.
*Failure of re-inspection will require property owner to initiate new inspection including associated fees.
